Recycled paper is good because it’s made of reused materials, which prevents sending materials to a landfill.

However, you should keep in mind that, as recycled fibers have already been used and have gone through multiple industrial processes, they are weaker than virgin fibers. This means that the paper obtained from recycled fibers won’t perform as well as a virgin paper, and it will require new fibers to be continuously added to the process.

And of course this means that fibers can’t be recycled forever.

The older they get, the less they perform, and in order to obtain a high performance paper, you need to add more and more virgin fibers to the process to keep the balance.

Recycled fibers should be used in less demanding paper, such as packaging and tissue, for example.

So, if you’re looking for great copy and print performance, Navigator paper would be a wiser choice.
